Ninja Stars
The Ninja Stars program is a coed recreational class. This class offers combination of ninja, parkour, strength training, tumbling, and gymnastics; an all in one class.
Tumbling/Cheer
Our Tumbling Program focuses solely on floor. Athletes will build muscle and work on drills to help build tumbling skills like cartwheels, round offs, front and back walk overs and intro to backhand springs and front handspring depending on the specific class.
Axel Strength Training
Axel Strength Training is a dynamic class designed for young athletes who want to build full-body strength, endurance, and agility. This co-ed program blends functional fitness with age-appropriate strength training techniques to improve performance in gymnastics, sports, and everyday movement. Using bodyweight exercises, resistance training, core conditioning, and plyometrics, students develop muscular control, power, and injury prevention skills—all in a motivating and supportive environment. Axel Strength Training is perfect for athletes looking to enhance their abilities or take their training to the next level.
Competitive Teams
Our competitive teams include Cheerleading and Women's Artistic gymnastics. Both teams travel to compete in local and non local meets. Appalachian Stars also hosts 2 meets every year.
