Sweet Peas

Our Sweet Peas program (6mo-4yrs) keeps your child active and creates a great environment for their cognitive development! Sweet Peas classes help to develop spacial awareness, sense of balance, and social skills; all in a fun and stimulating environment.

Recreational Classes

Our recreational classes (ages 5+) teach your child the basics of gymnastics. Children are placed in classes with students of similar age/skill level where they are instructed on every gymnastics event. Learn to swing on the bars, balance on the beam, tumble on the floor, run on the vault, bounce on the trampoline, and finish with having fun in the foam pit! Gymnastics is one of the best forms of physical exercise for children, increasing strength, cardiovascular health, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Gymnastics teaches important life lessons such as work ethic, setting goals, and perseverance.

Ninja Stars

Our Ninja Stars program offers Ninja Warrior style classes where your Ninja can safely learn skills. Classes consist of obstacle courses, tumbling & parkour skills, and strength training. Great for fitness, dexterity, strength, coordination, and agility!

 

Tumbling

We offer instruction at every stage of tumbling, from cartwheels to elite-level tumbling skills. A large variety of equipment and tumbling surfaces allows for proper progressions and strong fundamentals. Tumbling classes can be great for athletic development through many sports including cheerleading, competitive trampoline and tumbling, dance, skating, and martial arts. Axle Strength Training

Our Axle strength program offers full-body workouts for children and adults. Axle is great for fans of weightlifting, cross-fit, yoga, and calisthenics. Axle is also the perfect starting place for those just entering the fitness world, as exercises are adjusted to your comfort level! The strength built in Axle classes can improve performance in other sports, or help you feel healthier in your day-to-day life.

 

Cheerleading

Our cheerleading classes offer instruction from elementary school to college-level cheerleading. Jumps, stunts, tumbling, and assistance with routines are all included in our classes!
